You pay for the vehicles you are actually running, every month, plus a refundable deposit on each tracker. These are the same numbers you will see inside your account.
Two rates, both per vehicle
Which one applies depends on who owns the vehicle, not on which features you get. Every account gets the full platform.
Account-managed fleet
Invoiced as GHS 200.00 at our contracted rate of GHS 10.00 per US dollar.
You run the fleet as a business and manage the vehicles under one account.
Individually-owned vehicle
Invoiced as GHS 100.00 at our contracted rate of GHS 10.00 per US dollar.
The vehicle belongs to the driver or a single owner-operator running it themselves.
Plus a US$70 refundable tracker deposit (GHS 700.00) for each vehicle. Charged once when the device is fitted, returned when the device comes back in working order.

Before you sign up
- What counts as an active vehicle?
- A vehicle that is on the platform and being tracked during the month. Vehicles you have not put into service yet are not billed.
- Which currency will I actually be invoiced in?
- Ghana cedis. The price level is set in US dollars and converted at our contracted rate of GHS 10.00 to the dollar, so your invoice reads GHS 200.00 or GHS 100.00 per vehicle.
- What is the US$70 deposit for?
- It covers the tracker fitted to each vehicle, and it is refundable — return the device in working order and the deposit comes back to you. It is charged once per vehicle, not monthly.
- Can I see it working before I pay anything?
- Yes. Create your account and a demo vehicle appears on your map straight away, moving on real telemetry from one of our own vehicles. It is clearly labelled as ours and disappears once your first tracker comes online.
- Do I need a long contract?
- No enterprise contract is required to start. Larger rollouts are set up with a signed operator agreement, which is where a specialist will talk you through the plan that fits.
